PHOTOS OF STRANGE LIFE . . . .
Some may think that we lead a quiet type of life in the hills, burning wood, killing innocent animals for their meat, but sometimes, things go wrong and you have to take in the mentally ill, providing them with shelter . . . and things ARE NOT quiet.

Although he does get outside to put wood in the basement and bring it into the back room and he also chunks down the logs to where the boys can actually get the shit on the splitter so it can BE split and he goes out for cigarettes, I think his cabin fever spiked while he was shaving his head . . . . the high fever caused him to be delirious and he thought he was Wilbert T. Bonefeather A.K.A. Sundowner

I don't know where the shit comes from in his head. I don't have enough energy to come up with what my own name is, let alone another persona. Poor fella, we'll find a home for him soon . . .

LIFE CONTINUES IN PHOTOS HERE IN WV
This photo was taken on October 21, 2007 on our way back down from Kim's cabin. We kept warm with the wood stove the previous evening, had a bon fire and ate tenderloin shot with a bow the day before. Waking up and heading down over the hill after packing all our stuff back up in the truck sums up alot of our Life in West Virginia . . . this IS my Life.

This is 4 year old Zana. Punkin takes her by her collar and walks her from one end of the farmhouse to the other and back and back to the backend and through the kitchen to the living room and then back again. I ask her where Kim is and she will grab my pant leg and get me turned in the right direction and take me to him. Smartest, sweetest dog I have known in a long time. Reminds me a lot of Grandpa Shepard's dog Scottie . . .
